Update on Kids Interviews...

Well, it pays off to sit in front of a coffee house and say hello to people as they walk in! I have met so many wonderful people!
Tomorrow I interview teenagers at the local high school in Trudi Ficklin's Family and Consumer Sciences Class at Washington and Lee High School. Let's hope all the permission slips come back on such short notice-cross your fingers that it all works out.....Next I met another woman from a little town a little further north that is arranging interviews there as well. I also have a new connection in Washington, D.C., a referral from a friend to interview some Hispanic students-a much needed demographic and then some kids at a school in New Jersey, also a referral from a friend. Not everything is set in stone, but is well on it's way. I am always looking for referrals and connections, of course, because not every connection works out and starting Monday I have such limited time in one place. Please keep me in mind for any east coast connections you might have. I have been at the coffee shop for quite a while now and don't want to overstay my welcome, so I should sign off soon. Back to the cabin and very spotty cell and internet service. Here are some photos you might like.....
The Potomac River..a little beach.
Another Osprey photo...
I practically live in my Vibram 5-Fingers...Love these shoes.
