11 days.....suggestions?...

Wow, I just realized I have 11 days between the interviews and media in Baltimore and starting up again for media and interviews in Philadelphia. Erin told me when we began that she has business in their London office that week and that the 2 months were extended out a week, but somehow it just now dawned on me that I have 11 days of down-time. Well...down time? Hardly. I have writing, and other work to do, but without my RV that is 11 days somewhere. I will not pay for hotel rooms for 11 days, so if anyone knows a really nice State Park in either of those places, please let me know, as I will camp. An empty cabin would be great too! I would love to have a kitchen. Remember I have Patch and Wilma.

Technically it doesn't have to be in those areas, I could drive a day or so each way and still spend a week somewhere. Let me know if you have any ideas. I can't believe this just now hit me....

I was just doing some research...there are quite a few state parks in PA. where you can camp, or rent a cabin or yurt at a pretty cheap rate. There is one in the 'Pennsylvania Wilds' (and if that isn't appealing enough) -Bald Eagle State Park- where I could stay for practically nothing....sorta' jazzed. Upstate New York has an appeal too. My grandparents went on their honeymoon in Niagara Falls and I've always wanted to see them...looking into that neck of the woods too....
