Great news!!...I hope...(hint-R.V.)

Yesterday I was told that the part for the R.V. wasn't even in production yet and the R.V. wouldn't be ready until July. I processed that information and as usual, told myself that there was a reason I don't know about yet why I will be in St. Augustine (or somewhere) until then. Silver lining, bright side stuff that I am getting so good at. Even so, I called Bob Olson, CEO at Winnebago, to see if there was any way he could help to speed things up. I was referred to Neil, who is the head of Customer Service. I left a rather pleading message....you can imagine, and I was almost surprised when I received a phone call back about 30 minutes later. He asked for the VIN number (which I had-can you believe it?) for my R.V. and more details. He also asked for Kevin from Camping World's phone number. He said he would do some research and call me back. He did......

"I have some good news for you...you have been misinformed. We received the order on April 14th, the part was manufactured and was shipped to Florida yesterday...."

I was jumping up and down and he was laughing on the phone. Are you sure? Yes. Really? Yes...

Next I called Camping World and told them what I was just told. I asked them to call me the moment the part was received. They said they would, but wondered how they could have been so misinformed.

I am now officially on pins and needles. Could Neil somehow have been wrong? If so, I'm sure I can adjust (again) but granted I am pretty jazzed up right now. I am also very nervous.

Granted I am working on lots of other things, but this information is pretty front and center in my thoughts.

I should have waited to tell you..lousy at keeping things to myself when I'm excited. Everything is out there with me...well, almost everything..a few things I keep to myself. Very few...
